About the Role

As our social media manager you'll be looking over every aspect of Clique Game's outward perception. You will create and manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, and/or Communications

  • Dedication to ongoing continuing education and growth

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of community management or social media management for a major brand, organization, or agency

  • Prior experience designing social content for a brand

  • Project management experience as it relates to relevant marketing activities

  • Have worked in the gaming sector or have a large knowledge of gaming from personal experience

Knowledge of:

  • Core Marketing fundamentals (social, digital, creative)

  • Social relationship building and customer retention strategies

  • Experience in Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and other social platforms / tools

Fluency In:

  • Social Marketing

  • Social Reporting (Insights and Data Analytics)

Ability to:

  • Execute multiple projects simultaneously at a high level within tight deadlines

  • Exercise tact and diplomacy when dealing with team members

  • Interact and communicate effectively orally and in writing
